3. Design
We send a design proposal, then develop your full design with you until it's approved.
4. Final Pricing
We finalize materials, finishes, and specs, then give you your construction pricing.
5. Contract
Project proposal, deposits, and permit finalization officially moves the project into the phase.
6. Ordering
We order your materials and schedule the work before construction starts.
7. Construction
We protect your home, then build in order, from site prep all the way through trim out.
8. Closeout
We finish with a punch list so every detail is done right.
